The agreement

By creating a GullyHabits account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. That's the whole trick.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your content stays yours. You give us only the license needed to store it, sync it between your devices, and show it back to you — nothing more.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload, scrape other users' data, or use GullyHabits for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

GullyHabits is in early access and provided as-is. We work hard to keep it up and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves.

The current product is free. If paid plans launch, pricing will be shown clearly before you ever pay anything.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GullyHabits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@gullyhabits.com. We can terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Governing law

GullyHabits is operated by Gully System Private Limited. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction. Questions: hello@gullyhabits.com.
