Questions about GullyHabits?
The things people actually ask us — about goals, tasks, habits, billing and everything in between.
Getting Started
It's a planning app for your whole life, not just your work. You set goals across the areas that matter to you, break them into tasks with actual dates, and get a clear view of whether you're following through.
Anyone who's tired of keeping work goals in one app, personal goals in a notebook, and habits in a third place. It's built for individuals, not teams.
Definitely not. Most people start with three or four. Turn the rest off, and switch them back on whenever they become relevant.
Not really — one area, one goal, one task and you're going. You can flesh the rest out over time.
Goals
A title and a life area are the only required bits. Beyond that: a description, why it matters to you, start and target dates, priority, and how you want progress measured.
Nope. Some goals are genuinely ongoing, and forcing a deadline onto them doesn't help anyone.
Yes to both. Pause something when it stops being the priority, pick it up later, or reopen a goal you'd already marked done — nothing's permanent.
Two ways. Either it's calculated from the tasks you tick off, or you set the percentage yourself — useful when the real measure lives somewhere else, like a bank balance or a scale.
Tasks and Planning
Not at all. Appointments, bills, errands, admin — plenty of tasks are just tasks, and they work fine on their own.
It gets flagged overdue and stays visible on your Today screen. From there you can finish it, bump it to tomorrow, pick a new date, or drop it if it stopped mattering.
Yes — day, week and month views, depending on how far ahead you're trying to look.
Habits and Recurring Actions
Daily, weekdays only, weekly, monthly, yearly, or specific days you choose (say, Tuesday and Thursday).
There's a consistency percentage, but no streak to protect and nothing that scolds you for missing a day. That's deliberate.
Life Areas
Health & Well-being, Career & Work, Business & Entrepreneurship, Personal Growth & Learning, Money & Finance, Family & Relationships, Home, Lifestyle & Recreation, Spirituality & Purpose, Community & Contribution.
You can add your own with a custom colour and icon. The nine defaults can be hidden if they're not relevant, though they can't be deleted outright.
Account, Privacy & Billing
It's a single-user app — your goals and tasks are yours alone. If sharing ever gets added, it'd be opt-in and under your control.
You start with a 14-day free trial — no card needed. After that it's ₹999 for a year, one payment, everything included. You can switch off renewal from your account settings whenever you like, and you keep access until the period you've already paid for runs out.
