What we collect

Your account details: the name, email address, and password (stored as a hash — we cannot read it) you sign up with.

Your content: the tasks, categories, checklists, notes, dates, times, and reminders you create. This is the product; we store it so it can sync between your devices.

Basic technical logs: IP addresses and request logs kept for a short period to keep the service secure and debuggable.

What we use it for

To run GullyHabits: syncing your list across every device you sign into, firing the reminders you set, and showing your own progress back to you.

To contact you about your account — a reset link you asked for, or a notice that materially affects the service. No marketing mail without your explicit opt-in.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your tasks with anyone — they are visible only to your account.

We do not read your content except when you explicitly ask us to while resolving a support issue.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on our servers and transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions use signed tokens.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and everything in it at any time by writing to hello@gullyhabits.com. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
